An experimental investigation of how light can be used actively in the creation of textiles and patterns. Working from the question: how can light be the co-creator of a pattern in a textile? This has been explored through experiments with lightning conditions, three-dimensional effects, colours, beading and print. The textiles create shadows when exposed to light, and these shadows create new patterns on the surface of the textile.
